She Wants to Tell You Something is a semi-abstract portrait. Meticulously rendered in watercolour and ink, the subject is framed within a diamond cyanotype that contain silhouette impressions of seaweed. Flowing around these forms are more abstract, dreamlike tendrils that give a sense of the subconscious. A world in which our subject started defiantly towards the viewer.
